Clean Eating

No matter where you go in this big world, food and vegetables are readily available and they provide a daily source of the vitamins your body needs. My favorite morning shake recipe to start my busy day:

1/2 banana – rich in Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C and Folate

1 turmeric root – contains curcumin that helps prevent leukemia and alzheimer.

Kale  – Kale is high in Iron and Vitamin K

1/2 Apple – Vitamin A and Vitamin C

1 Orange – Vitamin B1 and Calcium

2 handfuls of blueberries – Manganese and Vitamin E

  1. Thanks for the recipe 🤗 ¿question? Do you add water, juice or blend as is? and how many Oz does this make? Also do you know any recipes that aid in inflammation? I would very much appreciate it keep up the great work sister 🤗


    1. Hi Shawn. I use water and it makes 32 ounces but I keep adding kale until it fills to the top of my nutribullet. I use Turmeric to deal with my issues with inflammation. I use it as seasoning on my food and I put the turmeric root in my shake. Thank you!
