1/2 banana – rich in Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C and Folate
1 turmeric root – contains curcumin that helps prevent leukemia and alzheimer.
Kale – Kale is high in Iron and Vitamin K
1/2 Apple – Vitamin A and Vitamin C
1 Orange – Vitamin B1 and Calcium
2 handfuls of blueberries – Manganese and Vitamin E
